Realtors have to be scrupulously organized, and Toni met that challenge. When we went to see houses, she was always on time, with the seller's description printed out for us. She noted flaws and potential problems in houses that we would have missed. She was a skilled negotiator and helped us to get our first choice home for much less than asking price.
